Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts between LV CleanPro (hereinafter "Provider"), Bubenheimer Weg 39, 56072 Koblenz, and the customer (hereinafter "User") regarding the use of the SaaS platform LV CleanPro.
§ 2 Services of the provider
The provider makes available to the user a web-based software for creating service specifications and calculations for building cleaning. The scope of functions depends on the booked plan (Starter, Business, Enterprise). The provider reserves the right to continuously expand and adapt the scope of functions.
§ 3 Conclusion of contract and trial period
The contract is concluded by the user's registration and the ordering of a subscription. Before concluding a paid subscription, the user can test the platform free of charge for 14 days. The trial period ends automatically after 14 days, without the need for cancellation.
§ 4 Prices and payment
Prices depend on the selected plan and the billing period (monthly or yearly). Payment is made via the payment service provider Stripe. The billing period begins with the conclusion of the subscription. All prices are plus statutory VAT.
§ 5 Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled monthly or yearly (depending on the chosen billing period). Cancellation is possible at any time in the account settings. In the case of yearly billing, the subscription ends at the expiry of the yearly period.
§ 6 User obligations
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter. They undertake not to process illegal content via the platform and to keep access data confidential. The user is responsible for backing up their own content.
§ 7 Availability and maintenance
The provider endeavors to ensure high availability of the platform (at least 99.5% per year). Maintenance work and disruptions may lead to temporary interruptions. The provider informs the user in advance of planned maintenance work where possible.
§ 8 Liability
The provider is liable according to the legal provisions. For slight negligence, the provider is only liable in the case of breach of essential contractual obligations and only to the amount of the typically foreseeable damage. Liability for data loss is limited to the typical recovery effort.
§ 9 Data protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy, available at /datenschutz, and the provisions of the GDPR.
§ 10 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office, insofar as the user is an entrepreneur. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
