When using our LV CleanPro platform, we collect the following personal data:
- Name, email address (on registration)
- Company data (name, address, contact details)
- Usage data (time of use, IP address, browser information)
- Data entered by you (customers, properties, service specifications)
Processing takes place for the provision of the platform, for the performance of the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR), for the fulfillment of legal obligations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
4. Disclosure of data to third parties
A transmission of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned below does not take place. We only pass on your data if:
- you have given your explicit consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR)
- the disclosure is necessary for the performance of the contract
- a legal obligation requires it

10. Location of data processing
Your data is processed on servers in the European Union. A transfer to third countries outside the EU only takes place with your explicit consent or on the basis of appropriate guarantees (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses).
